RPS 205 does not track, collect or distribute personal information about site visitors. However, we do collect some information about site visits. We have access to domain names and IP addresses of visitors. We compile statistics that show the number of visitors and the number of requests we receive for particular pages or files on the site. These statistics are used internally to evaluate and improve the site. The statistics contain no personal information or email addresses and cannot be used to gather such information. 

RPS 205 parents are provided access to specific password-protected areas of our website, which may contain personally identifiable information, such as student information.

Email Privacy and Spam
The website contains email addresses of faculty and staff. Use of this information for private, commercial, or political mailings and/or distribution to any outside party is prohibited. If you have any questions about our privacy policy, please contact RPS 205.
 
Student Privacy
RPS 205 is committed to protecting the privacy of our students and their families. Parents/guardians may decline to have names and images of their students appear on the website. Within the password-protected pages and applications of the site, use of students' full names is allowed and students can also be identified by full name in images.
 
Online Transactions
We are committed to the privacy of anyone making any kind of transaction via the RPS 205 website. Should you decide to make an online purchase via the RPS 205 website, your personal information is encrypted using SSL, an industry standard secure technology designed to prevent the theft or interception of the information you provide. Credit card billing information is used only to obtain payment from the appropriate credit card firm and to fulfill the purchaser's request, and is not stored or otherwise retained by RPS 205 after the transaction is complete.
