Last Thursday was Read for the Record Day. 📚This day is recognized nationally and is intended to help increase awareness on the importance of early literacy, having high-quality children's books accessible for all children, and strengthening community connections. Many of our schools celebrated the day with guest readers from around our community. Laura Wilder students were lucky enough to have the Sioux Falls Police Department's Chief of Police, Jon Thum stop by.

We are thankful to all of our community partners who volunteered their time to be part of this special day! ❤️
